DMCA Policy
Last updated: October 2026
ChatGirlfriend respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Scope
This DMCA Policy applies to all content accessible through chatgirlfriend.app. As an affiliate landing page that directs users to third-party platforms, the majority of interactive content is hosted and managed by our partner services. We address takedown requests for content within our direct control promptly and in good faith.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL or screenshot)
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
3. Where to Send Notices
DMCA takedown notices should be sent to:
Email: support@chatgirlfriend.app
Please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line for prompt processing.
4. Response Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the notice within two (2) business days
- Review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the alleged infringing content
- Notify the content provider (if applicable) of the takedown
- Document the notice and our response for record-keeping purposes
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant
We will process valid counter-notifications within ten (10) business days unless the complainant files a court action.
6. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy to terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Users who repeatedly post or distribute infringing content will have their accounts disabled.
7. Third-Party Content
Content hosted on partner platforms (accessible through affiliate links from this site) is governed by those platforms' own DMCA policies. If the infringing material is on a partner service, we recommend contacting that service directly. We can assist in identifying the appropriate contact.
8. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated images and text produced by the Service are created programmatically and are not intended to reproduce copyrighted works. If you believe an AI-generated output resembles your copyrighted work, please contact us and we will investigate.
9. Good Faith
Filing a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. We encourage claimants to consult legal counsel before filing a notice.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
